The purpose of this work was to examinate the precipitation sequence in UNS S43000 steel aged at 500°C and 700°C between 5 minutes and 16 hours. The microestructural examination were carried out in optical and scanning electron microscopy. X-ray diffraction on steel surface and extracted precipitates were also carried out. Different morphology of the precipitates were observed after isothermal treatment in the intergranular and intragranular form.
