Estrategia de intervención para la preparación psicofísica de la embarazada

The psychophysical preparation in a pregnant woman is a discipline that provides to the future mother a great knowledge about pregnancy, delivery and the ways to manage with pain and anxiety during the delivery. It is presented an investigation project with the objective of to apply one strategy of Intervention for the psychophysical preparation (psycho prevention of the childbirth and physical exercise) in a pregnant woman, in two health areas of Camagüey municipality, what the probability of a spontaneous vaginal childbirth will increase, without causing adverse effects, producing results of more satisfaction in the women. This preparation can improve the normal process of the childbirth work, as well as the control feeling and the women's competition and therefore, to reduce the necessity of obstetric intervention, allowing them to have a bigger probability of feeling satisfied and of going by a work of slightly shorter childbirth, diminishing the effect Fear, Tension, Pain (FT- P).La preparación psicofísica de la embarazada es una disciplina que proporciona a la futura mamá conocimientos sobre gestación, parto y forma de manejar el dolor y ansiedad durante el alumbramiento. Se presenta una investigación acción con el objetivo de aplicar una estrategia de Intervención para la preparación psicofísica (psicoprofilaxis del parto y ejercicio físico) de la embarazada, en dos áreas de salud del municipio Camagüey, lo que aumentará la probabilidad de un parto vaginal espontáneo, sin provocar efectos adversos, produciendo resultados de mayor satisfacción en las mujeres. Esta preparación puede mejorar el proceso normal del trabajo de parto, así como el sentimiento de control y competencia de las mujeres y, por lo tanto, reducir la necesidad de intervención obstétrica, permitiéndoles tener una mayor probabilidad de sentirse satisfechas y de pasar por un trabajo de parto levemente más corto, disminuyendo el efecto Temor, Tensión, Dolor (T-T-D)
