In this article appears two results in the form of propositions about free and properly discontinuous actions, which occur in discrete groups, that in case of acting on a Hausdorff space locally compact aid to identify cases of this type of action. This fact with some examples and some counterexamples acquires knowledge to show the necessity of certain hypotheses given in the propositions.
