This paper tries to expose the innovation of Spinoza Ethics. Therefore, we emphasize their differences with Descartes and the traditional response to the problem of the passions given by the philosophical tradition. With this, we try to show both the radical critique foundations of morality that we find in his philosophy, as the innovation of its response within the moral reflection.Trata-se expor a inovação espinosana dentro do campo ético. Para tanto, salientase suas diferenças com Descartes e a tradicional resposta ao problema das paixões dada pela tradição filosófica. Com isso, buscamos mostrar tanto a crítica radical aos fundamentos da moral que encontramos em sua filosofia, quanto a inovação de sua resposta dentro da reflexão moral
