Implicaciones interdisciplinarias para una educación desde el contexto

This article presents the implications that the teachers have about their conceptions regarding the pedagogical practices in the orientation of the educative processes of boys and girls of some institutions of our region, with the aim of understanding and analyzing the development of the interdiscipline from the context. Real situations that refer to historical practices from the region, as well as with parameters that rule their organization adapting them to the contexts. Nevertheless, due to the requirements and needs that the globalizations involves, such as the adequate use of information and its tools, the mission of formation of subjects in the school must be analyzed from the search of a perspective of integration with peripheral vision, innovative in the processes and transformations of the society. As a support for the processes for a change in education, the teachers of the region take in their hands the paths towards the institutional horizon, as well as the wellbeing and development of the students and their projects of life through a work that aims achieving goals by socializing positive ex- raction of disciplines and academic subjects in agreement, being attentive to critics, contributions, and observations for a constant improvement. For this reason, the educative institution must propose a breaking-off in the inheritance given by the history, looking for the transformation of contexts for the formation of integral subjects.El presente artículo expone las implicaciones que tienen las prácticas pedagógicas de los maestros en la orientación de los procesos educativos comprender y analizar el desarrollo de la interdisciplinariedad desde los contextos. Situaciones reales que hacen referencia a las prácticas históricas, familiares, en la educación y en la estructuración pedagógica de las instituciones, con parámetros que rigen su organización y las llevan a una adaptación para el contexto, no obstante, dadas las necesidades que trae consigo la globalización, el uso adecuado de la información y de herramientas, la escuela debe repensarse en su misión de formación de sujetos en la búsqueda de perspectivas integradoras con visiones periféricas, innovadoras en los procesos y transformaciones de la sociedad. En apoyo a estos procesos de cambio en la educación, los maestros de la región se empoderan de los caminos que conducen hacia el horizonte institucional persiguiendo a la par, el bienestar y el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes y sus proyectos de vida, por medio de un trabajo que busca alcanzar las metas mediante la socialización de experiencias positivas, que admiten la actuación de disciplinas y asignaturas en un común acuerdo, recibiendo críticas, aportes y observaciones para una mejora constante. Por tanto las Instituciones Educativas, están en la necesidad de proponer rupturas contundentes a las herencias dejadas por la historia, buscando la transformación del contexto para la formación de un sujeto íntegro
