Os homeless e/ou população de Rua: a moldura da miséria em natal-RN

The “Homeless” or population of street Natal-RN aimed to analyze the profile of residents in the following aspects: choice and perception of the street, the everyday, the vision of citizenship and politics. While methodology, we apply a form in different neighborhoods, whose data were collected quantitative and qualitative treatment. Affected by adverse reasons left with no other “alternative” but to use the street as a means of survival. The results found that the majority of residents (86.1%) is natural in the state and worked in agriculture (39,9%). Regarding color, blacks and browns predominate (63,9%). For (47.2%) of these residents the street became the only means of living at the lack of any prospect. Of the respondents, (38.9%) did not have any type of document, and (58.3%) have never worked in the formal market. His relationship with society is considered excellent and good (41.6%), revealing that the degree of tolerance to the excluded social groups. Among other.Os “Homeless” ou população de Rua de Natal-RN objetivou analisar o perfil destes moradores nos seguintes aspetos: opção e percepção de rua, o cotidiano, a visão de cidadania e política. Enquanto metodologia, aplicamos um formulário nos diversos bairros, cujos dados coletados tiveram tratamento quantitativo e qualitativo. Atingido por razões adversas, não restou outra “alternativa” senão utilizar a rua como meio de sobrevivência. Os resultados constataram que a maioria destes moradores, (86,1%) é natural do interior do estado e trabalhavam na agricultura (39,9%). Em relação à cor, predominam os negros e pardos (63,9%). Para (47,2%) destes residentes a rua tornou-se o único meio de vida ante a falta de qualquer perspectiva. Dos entrevistados, (38,9%) não possuem nenhum tipo de documento e (58,3%) nunca trabalharam no mercado formal. Seu relacionamento com a sociedade é considerado ótimo e bom (41,6%), revelando o grau de tolerância desta com os grupos sociais excluídos.
