Contribución a la gestión estratégica organizacional con enfoque ambiental

This article takes as a target to define the strategic props, the revitalizing factors and the tributary variables to journey towards an environmental management organizational effective from theoretical bases. As principal result achieved a strategy organizational with environmental approach and the sustainability of your processes through the invigorated human capital. Also, the knowledge of the level of integration before the influence of the motive elements as a performance shows it organizational with social responsibility.El informe presentado en 1987-1988 sobre �nuestro futuro común� en las Naciones Unidas con el fin de ana- lizar la relación entre medio ambiente y desarrollo económico da paso a la concepción de desarrollo sostenible y su significado en el campo empresarial. Hoy constituye un problema la contradicción entre la necesidad práctica para mejorar el desempeño ambiental de las organizaciones y la efectividad de las tecnologías que permitan dinamizar el proceso de gestión ambiental desde la estrategia empresarial. Este artículo tiene como objetivo definir los pilares estratégicos, los factores dinamizadores y las variables tributarias para transitar hacia una gestión ambiental organizacional efectiva desde bases teóricas. Como principal resultado se logró una estrategia organizacional con enfoque ambiental y la sostenibilidad de sus procesos a través del capital humano dinamizado.
