Se presentan observaciones sobre 20 especies de aves de la Isla del Coco realizadas entre el 24 de enero y el 6 de mayo del 2008. Se presenta el primer registro para la Isla del Coco del piquero de nazca (Sula granti) y el ibis castaña (Plegadis falcinellus). Se comenta sobre la presencia de ocho especies y se señalan nuevos registros para 12 especies más.Observations between 24 January and 6 May 2008 are presented for 20 species of birds from the Cocos Island. These include the fi rst observations for the Cocos Island of nazca booby (Sula granti) and glossy ibis (Plegadis falcinellus). The presence of eight species is commented upon and new sightings are indicated for an additional 12 species
