Hacia una fundamentación filosófica de la educación en Derechos Humanos

Philosophy is recurred to in order to defend Human Rights in their historical origins; but in the field of Law there are clashing perspectives on their origins depending on the philosophical perspective used to tackle the subject. On the other hand, the question of the foundation of education on Human Rigths (as a necessary basis for the education of critical, participatie and respectful citizens that, from knowledge and a capacity to reclaim their own rights), becomes necessary, in a process that highlights the importance of education.Se recurre a la filosofía para sustentar los Derechos Humanos desde perspectivas que les dan su origen histórico, pero en derecho existen perspectivas encontradas sobre el origen de éstos de acuerdo con la respectiva orientación filosófica que rige para abordar el tema. Por otra parte, se hace necesaria la pregunta por la fundamentación de la educación en Derechos Humanos como soporte para la formación crítica, participativa y respetuosa de los ciudadanos, quienes, a partir del conocimiento, y con ello la capacidad en aras de reclamar para sí sus derechos, denotan en este proceso la relevancia del papel de la educación
