Projeto politico-pedagogico: por uma escola mais autonoma e de qualide

This work brings as a study focus the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) and has as a major objective to analyze critically the role of this Project for the construction process of autonomy in the organization of the school pedagogical work. Guided by questions that indicated the paths of the research, such as: What is the process of construction and implementation of the PPP evidenced in the theoretical reference? What is the importance of the school PPP for the daily pedagogical work? How is the principle of autonomy evidenced within the school? The study was conducted by a field research in an Elementary School, in which the analyzed object required a qualitative approach, due to the dynamic relationship and the conviction to work with a level of reality that could not be quantified. To gather the data, we used the observation method and semi-structured interview. We theoretically discussed about the Political Pedagogical Project, having in the emancipatory conception the perspective of transformation of the school�s reality. As for theoretical references, the study is based on authors such as Vasconcellos (2009, 2008); Veiga (2004); Gadotti (2004); Neves (2004); Resende and Veiga (1998) as well as the LDB #9.394/96 (Brazilian Guidelines for the Education system). We commented about the school PPP and examined the principle of school autonomy as for trying to visualize the quality advocated in official documents. Our contact with the school reality showed that, for bureaucratic reasons and better coordination of pedagogical work, the construction of its project did not happen with the participation of the school community and, therefore, the school has faced some difficulties in its implementation. The autonomy loses its meaning and value when there is no clarity to the subjects of the importance of starting this construction process within the school and, thus, the work for a higher quality education needs to be better understood by the public school individuals.Este trabalho traz como foco de estudo o Projeto Político-Pedagógico (PPP) e tem como objetivo maior analisar criticamente o papel deste Projeto para o processo de construção da autonomia na organização do trabalho pedagógico. Norteado por questões que indicaram os caminhos da pesquisa, como: Qual o processo de construção e implementação do PPP evidenciado no referencial teórico? Qual a importância do PPP da escola para o cotidiano do trabalho pedagógico? Como se evidencia no interior da escola o princípio da autonomia? O estudo percorreu as trilhas de uma pesquisa de campo em uma escola de Ensino Fundamental, na qual o objeto analisado requereu uma abordagem qualitativa, pela relação dinâmica e pela convicção de trabalhar com um nível de realidade que não podia ser quantificado. Na coleta de dados foram utilizadas observação e entrevista semi-estruturada. Dialogamos teoricamente sobre o Projeto Político-Pedagógico, tendo na concepção emancipadora a perspectiva de transformação da realidade da escola. À luz do referencial teórico, fundamentado em autores como: Vasconcellos (2009, 2008); Veiga (2004); Gadotti e Romão (2004); Neves (2004); Veiga e Resende (1998); LDB (9.394/96), tecemos comentários sobre o PPP e analisamos o princípio da autonomia da escola na possibilidade de visualizar a qualidade preconizada nos documentos oficiais. Na apreciação da realidade estudada, a análise apontou que, por questões burocráticas e melhor coordenação do trabalho pedagógico, a construção do seu Projeto não aconteceu com a participação da comunidade escolar e, por conseguinte, a escola encontra dificuldades na sua implementação. A autonomia perde o sentido e o valor quando não há clareza para os sujeitos da importância de se iniciar esse processo de construção no interior da escola e, assim, o trabalho por uma educação de melhor qualidade precisa ser melhor entendido pelo coletivo da escola
