La Construcción de la Legitimación Militar. Chile, 1973

This article analyzes how the military legitimized their actions, in the precise moment of their occurrence, beyond the official statements of the Military Junta.Through Critical Discourse Analysis and historiographic analysis, we establish a link between the textual elements of two expressions of testimonial literature with the various contexts of power. We determine the construction of legitimacy based on �formal ideology� and �total ideology�, a-rationalities, fear, instincts and the establishment of biopowers that were functional to the �war� through which the Military State imposed its sovereignty.El presente artículo analiza la forma en que los militares legitimaron, cambiaría la expresión, sus acciones, más allá de las declaraciones oficiales de la Junta Militar. Por medio del análisis historiográfico y crítico de discurso, vinculamos los elementos textuales de dos expresiones de literatura testimonial con los diversos contextos de poder que se generan. Determinamos la construcción de la legitimación desde las ideologías �formales� y �totales�, las a-racionalidades, los miedos, los instintos y la constitución de una biopolítica y de biopoderes individuales funcionales a la �guerra� por medio de la cual el Estado militar imponía su soberanía
