Análisis del sistema integrado de gestión para las organizaciones desde la perspectiva sistemática

The negative implications that the accidents at work and the occupational diseases have for the individual, their family, the company and the society are invaluable. For this reason, occupational safety and health have become a preventive activity, instead of corrective. Besides, previous studies have shown that the occupational siniestrality not only diminishes with improvements of the technical level, but with the application of organizational, cultural, and managerial factors. According to these ideas, the purpose of the research is to analyze, from the systemic perspective, the advantages of the Management Integrated System for the Organizations. This documentary investigation is based on the analysis of information obtained by other investigators. The developed procedure consists on studying the objective and the historical evolution of labor safety. Following, the existing safety and health management systems are defined. Finally, an analysis of the Management Integrated System is carried out from the systemic perspective according to AENOR (Spanish Association of Normalization and Certification). The result obtained shows that, from its beginnings, safety has been related to quality and productivity and that it is not possible to apply an efficient safety management system separate from the rest of the organization management systems.Las implicaciones negativas que los accidentes de trabajo y las enfermedades profesionales tienen para el individuo, su familia, empresas y sociedad son incalculables. Por esta razón, la seguridad y salud laboral han pasado de ser una actividad correctiva a una preventiva. Aunado a lo anterior, estudios han mostrado que la siniestralidad laboral no sólo disminuye con mejoras a nivel técnico, sino con la aplicación de factores organizacionales y de gestión. Por lo expuesto, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar, desde la perspectiva sistémica, las ventajas del Sistema Integrado de Gestión para las Organizaciones. Esta investigación documental se basa en el análisis de datos obtenidos por otros investigadores. El procedimiento desarrollado primeramente estudia los objetivos y la evolución histórica de la seguridad laboral. Seguidamente, se definen los sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud y por último, se analiza el Sistema Integrado de Gestión, desde la perspectiva sistémica de acuerdo con la propuesta de AENOR (Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación). Como resultado se obtiene que la seguridad, se relaciona con la calidad y la productividad, y no es posible aplicar un sistema de gestión de seguridad eficiente apartado del resto de los sistemas de gestión de la organización
