The purpose of this research was to establish indicators of the family-work conflict from the role perspective, and their psychosocial implications, in working women. Method. Descriptive-qualitative study. The five participants were professionally qualified women between 25 and 50 years old, who lived with their partner, and and had children of between 0 and 11 years old.
