This study has the objective of describing the characteristics of the managerial praxis existing in managers of the company under the theoretical approaches of Cameron and Quinn (2005), in the means of organizational culture and leadership in a Venezuelan service company. The design was complementary, 29 managers participated in the quantitative phase and 14 in the qualitative. The methods used were: Cameron and Quinn organizational leadership and organizational culture. Methods included Cameron and Quinn Management Skills Assessment Instrument, (2005); and the structured interview.
