The present study in New Testament Biblical Theology has as its main objective to present the quotations and allusions to OT texts in the Pauline epistle to the Ephesians. This is to understand the reason for the inclusion of Psalm 68:18 in the argument and content of the epistle. Paul midra� of the passage shows the Pauline reinterpretation of the argument that circulate in his time and that was written in the Targum.
