Representaciones sociales de los Derechos Humanos protegidos por el Derecho Internacional Humanitario: aproximaciones a partir de diferenciales semánticos

This article presents the advances of a research on social representations of Human Rights protected by International Humanitarian Law in Students of the University Los Libertadores, in Bogotá. The technique used was the analysis of semantic differential (test and retest), which were built for categories of rights protected by IHL (life, liberty and integrity), acts that threaten or violate these rights and included a category concerning civil society. The application of this methodological instrument allowed us a first approach to the goal of the project. It is observed, that the participants recognize the proposed subjects and categories, although mostly in a negative value.El artículo presenta los avances de la investigación sobre representaciones sociales de los Derechos Humanos protegidos por el DIH, que tienen estudiantes de la Universidad Los Libertadores, en Bogotá. La técnica empleada fue el análisis de diferencial semántico (un test y un re-test), para lo cual se construyeron categorías de derechos protegidos por el DIH (vida, libertad e integridad), de conductas que amenazan o vulneran estos derechos y se incluyó una categoría referente a la sociedad civil. La aplicación de este instrumento nos permitió un primer acercamiento al objetivo del proyecto, en el que se evidenció por parte de los sujetos participantes un reconocimiento de los objetos y categorías propuestos, si bien estos se valoran, notoriamente, de manera negativa
