Contenido del derecho a la integridad personal

The right of personal integrity had been established in multiples international documents and had been international recognized as a fundamental right. About this particular right, there is an empty spot about the determination of all the norms for the applicable procedure. So the point is, create a tool that has all the interpretations and jurisprudence of the internationals organizations specialized in this area, that include universal system of human rights and the regional system, so by that way we can count with a corpus juris of the international law, about those empty spots that exist at this moment about this right. In the same matter, the aim of this investigation is clarify the content of the right of personal integrity. In order to get that objective, the author look for all the information about that matter and doing a deep analysis with the induction and deduction technique, had been made a correct interpretation of the international norms about the right of personal integrity, in that way there had been made some conclusions at the end of this work.El derecho a la integridad personal ha sido previsto en múltiples documentos internacionales y ha sido reconocido en el ámbito internacional como un derecho fundamental. Con respecto de este derecho en particular, existe un vacío sobre ciertos aspectos en la determinación de la totalidad de las normas jurídicas aplicables. Se pretende, entonces, crear una herramienta que contenga las diferentes interpretaciones y decisiones emitidas por los distintos organismos internacionales especializados en esta materia tanto en el sistema universal como en el sistema regional de protección de los derechos humanos, para de esta manera crear un corpus jurisprudencial y doctrinal sobre algunos vacíos conceptuales existentes en la actualidad sobre este tema. De igual forma, se pretende aclarar e interpretar lo que se conoce como integridad física, psíquica y moral dentro del derecho a la integridad personal. Es por ello por lo que el objetivo primordial radica en determinar el contenido del derecho a la integridad personal; a tal fin, se recopiló información evaluada conforme a la técnica de análisis de contenido y una vez construida la matriz correspondiente para facilitar el empleo de métodos de inducción, deducción, interpretación correcta de las normas jurídicas internacionales y la construcción argumental de las ideas, se logró obtener las conclusiones correspondientes
