The structure of Apoidea communities in various landscape ecosystems of the Wielkopolsko – Kujawska Lowland Western Poland / was evaluated. Refuge places for bees were determined, among their natural habitats / xerothermic swards and forests / and anthropogenic / roadside, shelterbeds /. To a different group belong cultivated fields and meadows which provide only food for bees. It was proved that with the simplification of the structure of plant associations, the diversity of Apoidea decreases while their number increases. This was confirmed by the positive correlation between Apoidea species diversity and the number of plant species
