The Rotary Open Source Autonomous Miniature Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (ROSAMUAV) team is using the Quadtavius quadrotor for the 2012 Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) Student Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) Competition. This document details the systems engineering for the development of the Quadtavious Unmanned Aerial System. This unique rotary-wing system is comprised of four parts: the airborne system, the payload system, the ground control station (GCS) and the imaging ground station (IGS).
