Numerically calculated current-voltage characteristics are given for weakly ionized plasma that contains negative ions with unequal electron and ion temperature. Charged particle concentration curves are obtained that exhibit the detailed structure of the sheath as well as the ambipolar region in the presence of negative ions. It is shown that the sheath plays a much greater role in deteriming the ion saturation current when thermally frozen flow conditions than when the flow is in thermal equilibrium.
