The Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality has financially supported the research programme named “Total use of unrefined and unprocessed food(crops)”. The programme consisted of a number of projects and one of the projects was entitled “Control of Restrictive Supply Chains; biomarkers as indicator for shelf life” ( KB 33 002 011).
