Swedish women have increased their skills both through the ordinary education system and through the system of training and retraining available within the labour market policy. It is obvious that the more educated woman is the higher participation rate. Young people, married women with children, those living in regions far from the metropolitan and immigrants are more vulnerable when employment rises. The tools have been education, programme for retraining, different kinds of relief work, allowances etc.digitalisering@um
