Background: Cleft lip and palate (CLP) are congenital clefts with an incidence of about 17 per 10,000 live births or around 6,600 children / year and can extend to facial structures resulting in oral, facial, and craniofacial deformities. Meanwhile, the prevalence of anxiety is 17.7% for 1 year and always increases. Patients with anxiety must be treated immediately from their distress condition.
