In this research will discuss how the control performed on three phase induction motor in order to have good efficiency and optimal when used. Induction motor speed control by using vector control method to be presented with Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller. Then on the PID controller will be optimized by Flower Pollination Algorithm (FPA). The source of induction motor voltage used is from Cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) Multilevel Inverter with 5-level. Use of In-Phase Disposition (IPD) techniques as a switching of multilevel inverter, in which all carrier signals have the same phase angle.
