ANALISA FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPATUHAN DALAM MENGKONSUMSI OBAT ANTIRETROVIRAL (ARV) PADA ORANG DENGAN HIV DAN AIDS (ODHA)

Background : The mortality rate of HIV-infected person is now quite alarming, it is evidenced by the many findings related to the increasing cases of AIDS deaths and compliance in taking antiretroviral drugs are needed for improving the quality of life of PLHIV. The success rate of people living with HIV compliance is influenced by several factors such as age, education, occupation, pengentahuan, marital status. Order to determine the dominant factor affecting mngkonsumsi ARV adherence in PLWHA. Research methods :In this research using descriptive analytic design with cross sectional approach. The study population was living with HIV who take antiretroviral drugs in poly VCT one hospital in Malang with a sample of 31 respondents selected by acidental sampling. Data were analyzed using logistic regression. Results: logisti regression analysis is the most dominant factor with OR 39.654 jobs. discussion:This study shows that the compliance category that most of the respondents were in compliance, as well as the factors that most jobs are working. so it can be interpreted that occupational factors working merupaka dominant factors affecting compliance in taking ARVs on kedepanya ODHA.diharapkan for researchers to examine other factors such as depression, health workers, and conduct compliance-related interventions in people living with HIV on ARVs
