PENGARUH SUBTITUSI AMPAS BIR PADA HIJAUAN TERHADAP KONSUMSI PROTEIN KASAR (PK) DAN SERAT KASAR (SK) PADA DOMBA LOKAL JANTAN (OVIES ARIES)

This research was about the effect of brewery waste distribution towards the consumption of crude protein and fiber protein on the feed of male local sheep livestock during 2 months, in which it started from November 2018 to January 2019. This research was conducted at JalanTirtoMulyo VI, DusunKlandunganLandungsari, Malang City. This research aimed at discovering the effect of brewery waste distribution toward the consumption of crude protein and crude fiber on the feed of male local sheep livestock. The material used in this research were 20 male local sheep initial weight range between15–20 kg. The sheep were grouped based on the initial weight for being the D1=14 –16 kg, KD2=16–18 kg, KD3=18–19 kg, and KD4= 9–20 kg. The variables that measured were the consumption of crude protein in gram/head/day and the consumption of crude fiber om gram/head/ day during 2 months. The research method used experimental research experiments and also used Group Random Design (RAK). There were 5 levels of the treatments that were tested in this research namely P0 = 100% of forage, P1 = 75% of forage + 10% of polar + 5% of corns + 10% of brewery waste, P2 = 50% of forage + 10% of polar + 5% of corns + 35% of brewery waste, P3 = 25% of forage + 10% of polar + 5% of corns + 60% brewery waste, P4 = 0% of forage + 10% of polar + 5% of corns + 85 % of brewery waste. The data analysis that used was ANAVA. If the treatments gave the real effects toward the observed variables, so it would be continued by the further testing of Duncan test. The research results indicated that the addition of brewery waste toward the consumption of crude protein for the male local sheep livestock on the treatments had a very real impact (P < 0,01), in which the highest result of crude protein consumption was in the P3with the averages of 54,45 gram/head/dayand the addition of brewery waste toward the consumption of crude fiber for the male local sheep livestock on the treatments had a very real impact (P < 0,01); moreover, the highest result of crude fiber consumption was in the P0 with the averages of 77,54 gram/head/day.
