The raw material is one of the elements that need to get special attention because without proper control production could not run well. Inventory control raw materials at UD. The goal of the research is to 1) Knowing purchase of raw tapioca flour optimum and economically using method EOQ, 2) know the inventory safety stock of raw materials, and 3) Knowing the right time to make a booking back raw materials. The method used is calculation of the economic order quantity, safety stock, re-order point, and the total annual inventory cost. The results showed that using a more efficient method of EOQ is to amount to purchase raw materials for tapioca flour each time the purchase year 2017 as much 18.762 Kg and in 2018 as much 22.823 Kg. The magnitude of the safety stock is needed in the year 2017 as much 20.717 Kg and in 2018 as much 22.872 Kg.
