Desenvolvimento de um procedimento operacional padrão para manutenção preventiva para incubadoras Fanem Vision 2286 do Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

The neonatal incubator is emphasized a medical-assistance equipment capable of maintaining the premature newborn (PTNB) in a thermoneutral environment similar to the mother's uterus. First introduced in the history of neonatal care at the Maternité de Paris in 1881, it is one of the most important advances in the care of premature newborns (PINHEIRO, 2011). Since then, Neonatology has been improved in order to provide better care to the PTNB. Care and attention to some abnormalities that may alter the health of the newborn are essential, without which the incubator can be quite dangerous for them. Periodic inspections in the equipment can point out defects that bring serious risks, hence the importance of being submitted to inspection and preventive maintenance.This present work had the objective of creating the POP to assist in the preventive maintenance of the neonatal incubators FANEN VISION 2286 of Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia. In this way, the stages and activities contemplated in the POP were established along with the responsible technicians who directed and assigned the tests to be executed. After being defined, the preventive maintenance activities were registered in the SisBiE system. The procedures reported by the POP were based on the technical manual of the incubator, on the needs of the sector and on the standards in force in Brazil. All procedures were described in detail and each action performed was photographed in order to make it objective, clear and logical for a better understanding of the executor, in order to minimize the occurrence of failures during maintenance. When carrying out preventive maintenance it was possible to note how beneficial it was for the equipments to implement this activity and how important the elaboration of the POP for the accomplishment of the same one, due to the several stages of the maintenance of the incubators contain many details that go unnoticed by the executor can cause damage to the equipment and consequences to the patient and even those who operate it, which may result in adverse events. The POP was an important tool in the management of the Clinical Engineering in the EASs, since it emphasized the importance of the MPs and also of the existence of a standardized tool for its execution and, in the case of POP of this work, contributing to the good functioning of the incubators neonates raising the quality of care with the premature newborn.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação)Enfatiza-se a incubadora neonatal um equipamento médico-assistencial capaz de manter o recém-nascido prematuro (RNPT) em um ambiente termoneutro semelhante ao útero da mãe. Introduzida pela primeira vez na história de assistência neonatal, na Maternité de Paris, em 1881, sendo um dos mais importantes avanços no cuidado aos recém-nascidos prematuros (PINHEIRO, 2011). Desde então, a Neonatologia vem sendo melhorada com o intuito de proporcionar melhores cuidados ao RNPT. São essenciais os cuidados e a atenção para algumas anormalidades que podem alterar a saúde dos recém-nascidos, sem os quais, a incubadora pode ser bastante perigosa para eles. Inspeções periódicas nos equipamentos podem apontar defeitos que trazem sérios riscos, daí a importância de serem submetidas à inspeção e manutenção preventiva. Este presente trabalho teve como objetivo criar o POP para auxiliar na manutenção preventiva das incubadoras neonatais FANEN VISION 2286 do Hospital de Clínicas de Uberlândia. Deste modo, as etapas e atividades contempladas no POP foram estabelecidas juntamente com os técnicos responsáveis que direcionaram e atribuíram os testes a serem executados. Após serem definidas, as atividades da manutenção preventiva foram cadastradas no sistema SisBiE. Os procedimentos relatados pelo POP foram baseados no manual técnico da incubadora, nas necessidades do setor e nas normas vigentes no Brasil. Todos os procedimentos foram descritos detalhadamente e cada ação executada foi fotografada a fim de torná- lo objetivo, claro e lógico para melhor compreensão do executor, buscando minimizar assim a ocorrência de falhas durante a manutenção. Ao realizar as manutenções preventivas foi possível notar o quanto foi benéfico para os equipamentos a implantação desta atividade e quão é importante a elaboração do POP para a realização da mesma, devido às diversas etapas da manutenção das incubadoras conterem muitos detalhes que se passarem despercebidos pelo executor podem provocar danos ao equipamento e consequências ao paciente e até aos que o operam, podendo resultar em eventos adversos. O POP mostrou-se uma ferramenta importante no gerenciamento feita pela Engenharia Clínica nos EASs, pois ressaltou a importância das MPs e também da existência de uma ferramenta padronizada para sua execução e, no caso do POP desse trabalho, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento das incubadoras neonatais elevando a qualidade do cuidado com o recém-nascido prematuro
