Aim of this work deals with closing of cisplatin into liposomes, the study of their stability and interaction with cancer cell lines. Commercial cisplatin cytostatic was encapsulated into three types of liposomes (L8, L10 and L15) of a different chemical composition. Each of liposomes had different ability to close cytostatic. L8 differs from L10 by containing cholesterol. In despite of L10 and L8, L15 liposome contains a synthetic 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (C41H78NO8P) – DOPE, which is generally found in cell membranes.
