Diplomová práce je zaměřena na použití družice Sentinel-2 k mapování a hodnocení závažnosti požárů v Karlovarském kraji v období 2016-2018. Teoretická část práce se zabývá metodou dálkového průzkumu Země. Dále je zde představen program Coper-nicus a družice Sentinel-2, jejíž multispektrální obrazová data budou základem pro ná-slednou analýzu požárů. V praktické části jsou vybrána modelová území rozsáhlých požárů. Je zde popsán výběr multispektrálních dat, na vzorovém požáru je podrobně vysvětlen postup identifikace a analýzy následků rozsáhlých požárů. Vyhodnocení dat je dokumentováno v podobě tematických map. Získané výsledky jsou srovnávány s údaji statistického sledování událostí v požární ochraně.This diploma thesis examines Sentinel-2 ...
