Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem iontových kapalin obsahujících imidazoliový kation a bromidový, chloridový a hydrogensulfátový anion na rychlost koroze hliníku, mědi, nízkouhlíkatých ocelí a nerezových ocelí v kyselém, neutrální i zásaditém prostředí. Ke stanovení korozní rychlosti byly použity elektrochemické metody lineární voltametrie a elektrochemická impedanční spektroskopie a metoda hmotnostního úbytku. Použité iontové kapaliny jsou inhibitory smíšeného typu s převažující anodickou inhibicí pro ocel a železo a katodickou inhibicí pro hliník a měď.
