International audienceThe purpose of this paper is to test the impact of feedback based on a partial evaluation of the performance on the financial pressure perceived in a complex task context. Based on a quantitative study of 578 doctors in 14 University Hospital Centers (CHU), we demonstrate that feedback based on a partial evaluation of the performance is associated with the perception of internal financial pressure.
