This thesis reports a spectroscopic study of the light-matter interaction in ZnO based microcavities.We have examined several planar microcavities which dier from the previous ones through their structures and their epitaxial processes. The theoretical advantages that have driven these realizations are discussed and veried through experimental measurements of reectivity and photoluminescence as a function of temperature and excitation intensity. Thanks to the optical characterics of these new cavities, we have studied the coherent light emission based on the condensation of polaritons at high temperature, up to 300K.
