International audienceThe aim of this article is to analyze the role of mobile technologies on employee well-being and technostress. Three research questions are considered: (1) To what extent do people perceive mobile technologies as resources or constraints in their daily work? (2) What are the consequences for the company in terms of control, spatiotemporal organization and interpersonal relationships? (3) What are the consequences in terms of well-being and stress at work?
