This work aimed at studying the physical phenomena associated with the movement of spherical or cylindrical conductive granules of mm-size, in continuous or pulsed electric fields, in the présence of positive or négative corona, between électrodes situated at distances of one to five centimeters, in atmospheric air. A programme based on the boundary-element method was employed in order to compute the charge acquired by a granule, the force acting on it, and the field intensification it générâtes while in contact with or in proximity of a plate électrode, affected by an electric field.
