International audienceMillimetre-wave devices for intelligent transport systems (ITS) are among the research topics for Road-Vehicle Communications (RVC) and Inter-Vehicle communications (IVC). Up to now, the only commercialized millimetre wave ITS devices are Automotive Cruise Control radars (ACC), as those manufactured in France by Autocruise Company [1]. The idea which we are working on is to implement a communication function on the AC20 radar from Autocruise in order to improve road safety, transport efficiency, comfort as well as environmental conservation.
