Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) are developing all over the world as well as in the developed countries. In Central Europe, with the post socialist transition and the integration to the EU, the needs in infrastructure are striking with insufficient means of financing. The complex contractual modalities of the PPP present major limits, of which that of the information asymmetry, offering a power on market for multinationals there. The evaluation of the PPP is analyzed through different methods from choice and from monitoring of the projects at the European and national level, offering a possibility of reducing the information asymmetry to every stage of the life cycle of the contract.
