International audienceMulti- and many-core systems on chip provide an even share of opportunities and challenges regarding the design of modern embedded systems. The FORMUS 3 IC research group is dedicated to investigate these problems and provide novel holistic ideas and solutions for the design process of automotive andavionic applications alike.An extract on new concepts conceived in the context of this project regarding real-time systems and dependability is presented.
