International audienceThis paper presents a new electric power management methodology between super capacitors and batteries for the ECCe test bench. ECCE is an experimental Hybrid Vehicle developed at L2ES laboratory in collaboration with the Research in Electrical Engineering and Electronics Center for Belfort (CREEBEL) and other French partners. This hybrid vehicle has currently lead-acid batteries with a rated voltage at 540 V, two ICE motors couples to electric generators. These alternators are couples to DC-link by rectifiers.
