Dr. Kimberly A. Nolan García is Assistant Professor of International Relations at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) in Mexico City. Her specialization is in International Political Economy and the politics of international trade, with a substantive focus on labor rights protection through international trade accords.
