With the self-designed computer code, numerical analysis and performance evaluations of simple, open and semi-closed gas turbine cycles have been carried out under the condition of using air and CO2 as working fluid, pure oxygen as oxidant and natural gas as fuel, as well as with and without water injection. The effects of different amount of water injected in the semi-closed gas turbine cycle with air or CO2 as working fluid were investigated in details, whose results revealed that the appropriate amount of water injection implicates to remove the CO2 with higher cycle efficiency and specific power. Some conclusions would build a foundational theoretical base for the further development of zero CO2 emission high efficiency gas turbines
