We tested the ability of Fourier Transform (FT) InfraRed (IR) microspectroscopy (microFTIR) in combination with unsupervised Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) in identifying drug-resistance/sensitivity in leukemic cells exposed to tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs).
