Bell inequalities are usually derived in frameworks with no time dimension whereas actual correlation experiments are sequential experiments which are performed by observing one particle pair after the other. In this work we consider both Bell inequalities and correlation experiments in the same sequential setting under the usual axioms for probability theory of Kolmogorov. In this sequential statistical framework we argue that for all claimed violations, including Aspect's experiment with time-varying switches, there seems to be a classical purely particle explanation
