FEATURES OF MENTAL HEALTH IN INDIVIDUALS WITH SOMATOGENIC FRUSTRATION

The research paper provides a comparative description of the specifics of manifestation of mental health in persons with “somatogenic frustration” and in a group of people who are not frustrated by their somatic state - healthy.An analysis of the empirical study suggests that people with “somatogenic frustration” have specific features of manifestation of the main indicators of mental health.Thus, studying the indicators of self-actualization has allowed asserting that persons with “somatogenic frustration”, in comparison with the data of healthy persons, are characterized by lower indicators of competence in time, which manifests itself in the lack of ability to experience the present own life in its entirety, to see it holistically. A lower quantitative indicator of self-esteem affirms the inability to fully appreciate the positive qualities of own character, to respect himself for them, and the lower indicator of spontaneity testifies to a lower ability to directly and spontaneously express own feelings. A lower indicator of sensitivity points to the insufficient degree in which individuals realize their needs and feelings, and how well they feel and reflect them. The value orientation indicator is lower compared with healthy people, indicating a lower degree by which a person shares the values inherent in self-actualizing people. A lower indicators of self-perception, support, and synergy point to a low degree of perception of self as it is, regardless of the assessment of their dignity or disadvantages, a lower degree of ability of individuals to a holistic perception of the world and people, to understanding the connection of contradictions such as game and work, physical and spiritual.As for the indicator of meaningfulness of life, in people with “somatogenic frustration” it is on the lower limit of the established minimum threshold, while in a group of healthy people this figure is equal to the upper limit of the norm. Most people with “somatogenic frustration” (66.7%) have targets in their lives that give meaning and direction to their lives, but besides, in this group there are people (33.3%) who discretely perceive their way of life, build big plans while lacking the real foundation and personal responsibility for their implementation. In general, people in this group are not satisfied with their lives in the present.Persons with a “somatogenic frustration” are in a state of moderate anxiety, which also organically complements these features of their mental health.The identified features of manifestations of mental health in people with “somatogenic frustration” require appropriate psycho-corrective measures to improve their mental health.Key words: mental health, somatogenic frustration, anxiety, self-actualization, sense of life orientation.доцент, Г. Київ, УкраїнаВ статті наведено порівняльну характеристику специфіки прояву психічного здоров’я в осіб із «соматогенною фрустрацією» та в групі осіб, які не фрустровані своїм соматичним станом.Аналіз проведеного емпіричного дослідження дозволяє стверджувати, що люди із «соматогенною фрустрацією» мають специфічні особливості прояву основних показників психічного здоров’я.Так, вивчення показників самоактуалізації дозволило стверджувати, що особи із «соматогенною фрустрацією» у співставленні з даними здорових осіб, характеризуються нижчими показниками компетентності у часі, що проявляється у недостатній спроможності переживати теперішнє власне життя у всій повноті, бачити його цілісно. Знижений показник самоповаги стверджує про нездатність повною мірою оцінити позитивні властивості свого характеру, поважати себе за них, а знижений показник спонтанності вказує на меншу здатність безпосередньо і спонтанно виражати свої почуття. Невисокий показник сенситивності вказує на недостатнє усвідомлення своїх потреб та почуттів, їх відчуття та рефлексію. Показник ціннісних орієнтацій знижений в порівнянні зі здоровими, що вказує на знижений ступінь, за яким людина розділяє цінності, які присутні тим, що самоактуалізуються. Знижені показники самосприйняття, підтримки, синергічності вказують на низький ступінь сприйняття людини себе такою, якою є, незалежно від оцінки своєї гідності чи недоліків, знижену ступінь здатності осіб до цілісного сприйняття світу і людей, до розуміння зв’язку протиріч, таких як гра і робота, тілесне та духовне.Щодо показника осмисленості життя, у людей із «соматогенною фрустрацією» він знаходиться на нижній межі встановленої мінімальної норми, в той час, коли в групі здорових людей цей показник дорівнює верхньої межи норми. Більшість людей із «соматогенною фрустрацією»(66,7%) мають у своєму житті цілі, які надають їхньому життю осмисленість і спрямованість, але поряд з цим, у цій групі є люди (33,3%), які дискретно сприймають свій життєвий шлях, будують великі плани, не маючи реальної основи і особистісної відповідальності за їх реалізацію. Взагалі, люди цієї групи не задоволені своїм життям у теперішньому.Особи із «соматогенною фрустрацією» перебувають у стані середнього рівня тривожності, що також органічно доповнює зазначені особливості їх психічного здоров’я.Визначені особливості проявів психічного здоров’я в осіб із «соматогенною фрустрацією» потребують відповідних психокорекційних заходів з метою покращання їхнього психічного здоров’я.Ключові слова: психічне здоров’я, соматогенна фрустрація, тривожність, самоактуалізація, смисложиттєві орієнтації
