This paper addresses the problems that arise in the teaching -learning of early childhood literacy, when making an observation and diagnosis, there were difficulties in the educational practices compared to the pedagogical model, freedom of teaching and the execution of traditional methodologies, strategies and didactics, forgetting the needs, interests and levels of each student, as well as difficulties in the higher grades in the face of reading and writing. This research provides tools for the teaching-learning of the initial reader-writer, taking into account activities that provide children with experiences that allow them to build and, at the same time, give meaning to what they write and read, hence the proposal as a methodological strategy, the Classroom Project, which allows for a joint interaction and construction between teachers and students, so that everyday situations are solved and common objectives are achieved, starting from the cooperative work, this through the pillars of initial education, play, art, literature and the environment.El aprendizaje de la lectura y la escritura en la etapa inicial es la base que enriquece la experiencia comunicativa y depende, en gran parte, de los métodos de enseñanza, de allí la importancia de promover en el aula ambientes de estimulación significativos que impliquen actividades de lectura y escritura, así mismo crear acciones divertidas y placenteras que involucren el juego, el arte, la literatura y el medio ambiente que permitan explorar y observar el mundo letrado. El presente trabajo aborda la problemática que surge en la enseñanza - aprendizaje de la lecto- escritura en primera infancia, al realizar una observación y diagnostico se evidencio dificultades en las prácticas educativas frente a el modelo pedagógico, la libertad de catedra y la ejecución de metodologías, estrategias y didácticas tradicionales, olvidando las necesidades, intereses y niveles de cada estudiante, así mismo se encuentran dificultades en los grados superiores frente a la lectura y la escritura. Esta investigación brinda herramientas para la enseñanza - aprendizaje de la lector-escritura inicial, teniendo en cuenta actividades que provean a los niños experiencias que le permitan construir y, a la vez, dar significado a lo que escriben y leen , de allí que se propone como estrategia metodológica el Proyecto de Aula, el cual permite que exista una interacción y construcción conjunta entre docentes y estudiantes, de manera que se resuelvan situaciones de la cotidianidad y se logren objetivos comunes, a partir del trabajo cooperativo, esto a través de los pilares de educación inicial, el juego, el arte, la literatura y el medio ambiente.MaestríaMagíster en Evaluación y Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educació
