PURPOSE: To evaluate a sequential treatment algorithm for visual and keratometric improvement in keratoconus patients after corneal crosslinking (CXL) followed by topography-guided photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). SETTING: Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island, Garden City, New York, USA. DESIGN: Retrospective case series.
