Each student\u27s subject training is listed on the student\u27s record, with attendance for the course recorded on the front of the sheet. On the back of the sheet is the student\u27s name, address, parents\u27 names, years of schooling, occupation, employer\u27s name and address (if applicable) as well as the student\u27s height, weight, and physical defects.
