Abstract

Albert (Al) Bischoff is a Catholic priest and a member of the Society of Jesus. He earned both a bachelor of philosophy and a master of education degree from Xavier University, and has been associated with Xavier for many years both as an associate pastor at Bellarmine Chapel and a member of the Campus Ministry team. In this interview he discusses his early years as a student, and as an archdiocesan seminarian and priest. He also talks about his years as a chaplain living in Husman Hall, a student residence, and his experiences as a counselor of students and a presider at student liturgies. Bischoff also describes how Campus Ministry became an integral part of the Center for Mission and Identity
