Multinational organizations continue to seek ways to reduce healthcare costs and improve healthcare trends. Several have turned to formalized wellness programs. In order to assist human resource professionals in evaluating their organization\u27s need for such programs there are several questions that must be answered related to an organization\u27s needs, anticipated employee adoption of a program, and the costs associated with a program.
