Due to the past several decades of rapid world wide economic development with globalization, disparities among the developed countries have become more evident. There are different opinions among these nations with regards to acceptability of employment issues, employees\u27 privacy, work safety, medical coverage and subsequent compensation to work related injury, sex and also age discrimination, and respect to religious rights in the work place, among other issues.
